Kansas City Royals

Upon first glance, this stadium looks like a bit of a bore…  Traditional early 1970’s cement block sharing a ginormous parking lot with its sister Football stadium for the Chiefs.  But It’s luscious green outfield and 1973 modernist fountains make it a step above most older parks.  

Saw two games, one with the ElimiDATE Camera crew including a pregnant Kim against the Angels (July 2 -Angels won!), and one with the ElimiDATE producers on July 4, 2005 (Great fireworks show!)  Decent dogs, but you should really head down the road to Stroud’s for fried chicken and to Boulevard Brewery for drinks.
